Strengths: It is fantastically cushioned. I ran a marathon with absolutely no blisters to prove it. No longer suffer any knee pain even when running on roads.
Weaknesses: Its a bit pricey.
Overall: A fantastic shoe for a distance runner not necessarily looking for speed but seeking injury prevention.
