Strengths: An interesting insight into the routine and background of perhaps the greatest runner of all time. If you're not interested in what this man has done and continues to do, you probably don't enjoy your running as much as you could.
Overall: Well worth a read. Gives good background to Haile Gebreselasie as a runner and as a man although at time it tended to read as a very, very long press release. Perhaps this man is in fact perfect but if you were to look for flaws in his make-up in this text you won't find them. The sections dealing with his Olympic races and struggles with injury are the one's that remain in the memory long after reading.
Although the text is extreemly well put together technically it would, I believe, have benefited from a less deferential ghost writer.
