About me:I've been a weight trainer for years, was a 'runner' back in the 80's been a walker for years now. Only ever entered one 10k but I did complete an unofficial 26 mile start run finish stagger in the 80's I am now a confirmed walker and will contnue to be so. I intend training to walk a half marathon in 2013, icurrently walk inexcess of 10 miles per week max distance so far this year 8 miles in 2hr 40, so you see I'm slow.
