I like Port Salut, it's a bit like Saint Giles.

Black bin day, I feel sorry for the bin men, two week old cat food festering in this heat. Does not smell good.

In mundane news, I cleaned the kitchen sink yesterday. The drain cleaner fizzed ans fumed.

Chocolate limes please Cake.

ooh, we can start a club for broken shoulders. I have yet to et an apt with a fizzy. Only 7 weeks of waiting. Although the first 6 weeks I wasn't sposed to move my arm. I'm allowd to lift it in a straight line with my other arm. Now that's mundane.

I want an electric scooter.

I am sorry, I don't have any mundane news - oh, I did go shopping for cat food, the cats don't think that's mundane though. They are very happy about it.

I had my nerve and muscle tests. It wasn't all bad but it wasn't good either. Apparently, though I've already been told this, my injury was (is) quite severe. Though initial impression is that I haven't cut a nerve, I have however stretched and otherwise damaged them. The finer detail needs to be looked at, this is just the initial response. Part of the nerve is not responding to stimulus at all. Nerve and muscle response. Unlikely that I will regain full functionality. Just have to wait and see. Could take 12 - 18 months to know. Now that will be mundane, watching nerves grow.
I did cry because I'm feeling emotionally drained for lots of reasons.
Been letting myself feel very guilty, feeling like I failed D and all that, playing sad music and I'm sure the drugs aren't helping.

Happy Birthday to Little Miss Furball.
Cakey, hope you are feeling more mundane soon. Just think about cheese to take your mind off things.
RiP Boris.
Any of you left SC?

I have bought a hand scythe. I may buy a big ne, no point right now as you need two arms to use it.

One of my cats has gone awol. Hope she shows up during the day. She is probably sleeping over at a neighbours somewhere.

The evils of running!!

I see myself in that video, except I'm not young. Where can I go for help.

No wait, I don't want help.

Run like a girl??

Have fun at GHM, wish I was going. You can have my dinner.

Are you much fitter that your partner?

Posted: 24/06/2014 at 06:43

Some years ago I was doing a track session. There were 3 of us running around together. My partner often popped in after a track session to give me a lift home to save me the 15 mile cycle.

So there we were, running around when my partner walks in. M. who had not met him before, pipes up, "Well that is not something you see often at an athletics track! Someone smoking tabs and drinking coffee." The other runner and I both wave to this person, to M's surprise. "Oh, do we know him then?" Yup, my partner.

So Yes, I was much fitter than my partner.

It's ok Cake. Speed limits don't apply to push bikes. So long as your cycling wasn't 'furious' you're fine.

I'm just a little bit fed up. Slightly more alive than I was this morning but not much.
