My phone is ringing, it's an international number. I shall not answer it.

((SC)) for today.

I need to buy a new shopping trolly, I may pop into Eastbourne for that and go watch the waves, though the weather has calmed down now.

All things Christmas (sorry, but I'm feeling festive)

Used to go on a long walk with hubby. Carry a hot toddy. He'd alway cook, always something different.

Not looking forward to Christmas now. I may go hide somewhere and pretend it's not happening.

A christmas day sea swim sounds fun, I shall have to see if anyone else is up for that.

I'm sore. Something to do with dislocating my shoulder.

It looks like rain, grey skies and all that. I need to go to the post office.

Best jacket for winter running

Posted: 15/10/2014 at 23:15

I have an UA 'Storm' hoodie that I wear when cycling. I've been caught in a few real downpours and remained dry on the inside. Apart from sweat that is. Being a hoodie it soaks sweat so for a 10k is great. It's not windproof so does let the wind through, actually a bonus as that is what keeps me cool.

My windproof jackets, although very thin, are very warm. They protect me when it's really exposed but not for everyday running.

widest inov8 trail shoes..?

Oh, thanks. Never heard of La Sportiva. I'll have to check them out. I've got short fat feet. inov8's are usually quite good but some of their shoes are too narrow. I'm just used to buying running shoes at least 2 sizes over.

I've been accused of being a man before now.

No, I tell a lie, I've been accused of being a boy.  I remember walking into the ladies toilets wearing a denim mini skirt and being informed that they were indeed the 'Ladies'.

Mind, I've ever had boobs.

Way to go Bear.
