LONGMAN 100 2014

Centurion are the ones to go with if you want to do the South Downs Way excellent organisation and the volunteers and checkpoints are second to none. Think it say alot about the organiser if they can't answer an email after  a few weeks, James at centurion answers most within a day very rare to go two days without a reply think that says it all really.............

Argh I've stayed away from this forum for a while and my first night in months and im thinking hmm I could try that.... ??2000 on the credit card, decisions decisions if it was trail I'd be signed up already.

Ran from housedean farm to eastbourne last friday night. It was all runable a few trcky bits but nothin to slow you down to much. Looking forward to this be nice to run the last 25 miles in daylight for a change..

Wouldn't want countryside gkd I mean fields, wildlife stunning views that mean you've had to run up a hill to see it. Nah who'd want that.........

Well what a race perfect conditions and manged to complete it in 19h 14m a new pb The grandslam complete in a new record overall time now settling down with a nice bottle of red then sleep

I'm in can't wait for this one after being inspried by dill's race report last year. I'm also in for the sdw100 three weeks later so hopefully will be recovered in time. Once I get the winter100 done in a couple of weeks I'll turn my full attention to training for this beast
