Morning all.  Decided to do an easy 5 this morning but 1 mile into the run saw a woman about 400 metres ahead so decided to turn the run into a tempo session and blasted passed her and it ended up as a quality run for me.  Typical Wolfy ever competitive.  Tomorrow WILL be an easy 5 and last run before gentle 2 around Central Park on Sat am.

Am hideously excited today and just cannot focus on work but I must.

Safe trip to those who are flying today and El Captain much respect for your falling off wagon LOL!

Ban mp3's/ ipods at mass events

OHMG I give up.  mp3 players are potential killers now!!!  We might as well go round injecting heroin into peoples veins on the way round a race and we would be less despised than the dreaded mp3 wearer.

Buttercup you are so right. This is what we have been saying on here for years.  I do feel that there is a level of arrogance and lack of gratitude from RW as they take us for granted yet we are the reason many buy the magazine.  The t'internet is now a much more powerful media than the old magazine so people probably find this forum before they find the mag.  I have been to seven local newsagents in the town where I iive and NONE have RW only the city newsagents have them where I live and my town is not exactly rural.  Then when you do go the bigger news agents it's so hard to spot RW amidst all the other mags because......yep you go it....it's front cover is so bland!

LOL asics I've thought about taking one of those comfy cushions that you can buy at the petrol station for £4.99 with x litres of fuel for a nap at the start.  But worried that I might not wake up in time! Mind I could set my alarm on the moby!  Cool.

Boo hoo....sniff sniff...ok Dan thanks anway.  I'll leave it another 5 years and ask again in the vain hope that RW have a heart somewhere deep, deep down in there somewhere ;-0

BTW I bought the RW mag the other day for the first time in over a year so I deserve a ickle treat I reckon
