Why: Did a brisk (For me) 23.44 park run yesterday
Last Rest: Thursday I think
Last hard: Yesterday
So using HR as a guide goals for the year : Sub 2 half, sub 45 10k and sub 22 5k without over exerting. Can only be done with slow build up and will need to hold back on all three. Could be a challenge, especially the days I feel good
