Posted: 30/08/2016 at 15:37

Push GP for a stress test or at least a 24 hour monitor from the practice if you are at all concerned. Host of causes of palpitations and enough on the net to scare you witless. Most causes v=can be controlled. If in any doubt: GP

Morning. All this talk of coffee, waffles, food and running let's me know I'm in the right place. WP am also on the road to Cardiff. Was in two minds, didn't complete the application on time so they wrote to me offering help, extension and advising me to fill in so did yesterday. Will have to aim for 2.10 at best to keep cardio happy.
Oliver, nothing wrong with a bit of bling. I've been known to travel just for a good medal!
Lyrics: Nope
What: Gentle plod as getting OH back into running, intending to get her to parkrun within 6 weeks
Why: The family that plays together

Ale: I gave up on RW after 20 years and piles of unopened too. Fed up reading regurgitated annual stories. Rocky 3... so true...Donaldo...nearly with you in Toronto for the half but head ruled heart, Agree with comments re enjoying. Done that a few times over the pond and so grateful I did so I actually enjoyed the trip....have gone the other way a few times and been wrecked.
Lyrics: Yes
What: Fri: 3.7 slow; Sat Parkrun 24mins...ok; today 3.71 slower
Why: Don't want to upset my cardiologist
Last Hard: Tonight, legs like lead!
last Rest: Yesterday but was running up and down a field stewarding at the raft race car park!!!
Struggling to pop in daily due to serious run envy, but so glad you are all still here and so supportive/receptive.,

Thursday 3rd September 205

Laste Rest: well, yesterday really

LMH no idea but SVT is not funny with three miles to go! Still, no harm done and next half is Bath Two Tunnels 20/9 where I'll take even more care

Takes you to the regime suggested by armed forces to get to your fitness level. Para fit = 1.5miles in 9m40.
