I second Howard - Rest Martin!
I am quite stress free at the moment, I recommend giving up stressful jobs to potter about in Librarys all day. Works a treat.
I haven't been on any long runs, but I have been regularly attending track training and a whole host of other uni sports. I felt really strong sprinting to circuits last night when my last minute bike repair failed and I was left with no time to spare. Does that count?
