just secured myself a place on the 2012 race.as I started this thread about a million years ago i thought I would pop in,but these days i'm aiming at sub 4 30...

Thanks for that,v helpful.not sure a dvd will prepare us for the full experience,but let me know if you get it working

theres a team of ten of us from the office going so it should be a great craic,and all levels of fitness and fatness will be represented.can't wait-see you there.

Has anyone done this and have any good tips for altitude adjustment?its in june,and wont bear much relationship to Reading last month...

i think its my brother who gets to be celebrity big brother-he's 5 yrs older after all,and if that isn't a big brother....
gallingly for my earthbound children anna's younger siblings have also been on the big screen.lulu played the lobster-child of alan rickman and emma thompson in Love Actually,and fred,the youngest,was in Peter Pan playing michael.
mine only get to star in home movies!!
