WIDE ladies running shoe

Agree about Brooks Adrenaline. I'm an over-pronator, with fairly wide feet, and have had 3 pairs.

Crazy weather?

Very windy and wet in Dundee.

Just been catching up. Away at a wedding at the weekend; not much running, but ran with the club again this evening.

Well done at Speyside FFB and 57.5. Enjoyed your blog FFB.

UTC - sorry to hear about your BF's accident.

OH  - the Culloden race is on 27th October.

Went for a run with a local running club last night, for the first time, and really enjoyed it. Very friendly. Back to running on my own tonight.

I've entered the Glen Clova half too. Also the 17.46k race at Culloden (yes, I see what they did there!).

Well done 57.5 - great time.

Well done Mrs and Mr Mac.

Did you decide to do the Nairn half 57.5?

I did the Forfar 10k today. Personal worst time. I think if I want to get better at 10k I should do intervals rather than just plodding asI usually do - but I do prefer plodding. Also definitely prefer longer races. Think I'll aim for the Templeton 10 and Glen Clova half in November.

Well done Mrs Mac.

I'm also an autumn fan. Prefer the cooler weather for running.

Managed to watch some of the athletics; late for my Pilates class yesterday, as just had to watch the women's 400m - well done Christine!

That's serious climbing TP.

Hope you're not going too crazy tapering Mrs Mac.

Well done TP and UTC.

Really pleased that you're going ahead with the Antarctic challenge ffb. Hope your back is improving.

Did the parkrun yesterday - first time for about 2 months. Quite slow. Ran today; quite hot here, and started at about 11.30 - probably not the best time on a hot day.

Have entered the Forfar 10k on 18th August - anyone else doing it or done it before?
