Hi Guys, Some great running this weekend.

Things are really Manic here with the house extension, busy at work and a few holidays coming up so have taken the sensible to concentrate on shorter runs and drop out of abingdon

Will certainly look out for you before the start at abingdon Jason.

Some cracking running going on by everyone.  Super long runs by NN and MG and some super speedy stuff by virtually everyone else - including Buddy !!

All is OK here - work is rough at the moment and stress certainly takes it out of you. Hopefully over the worst and now need to knuckle down for the next 10 weeks before Abingdon.

House extension starts monday - so I am expecting mayhem at home - so will be looking to get out for as many runs as possible

Enjoy your weekend folks

Tks Fiona. I have found that the gym stuff has helped with avoiding injury and reduced ITB/glute issues.
