About me:Been running for years but did my first marathon at 47 (because the kids said I was too old) and after 6 more, I still keep coming back for more. Proudest running moment - standing on the start line at the Boston Marathon 2013. Saddest moment - how it all ended in Boston. Most unexpected buzz - participating in the Thunder Run. Lowest moment - so many, mostly involving rain, cold, wind and hills! Greatest achievement - 3:37:58 PB in London 2012, when I had just lost my dad. Lucky to have the support of a fantastic group of friends in Harpenden Arrows and the health to carry on doing something I love.
