Take it easy, JT. Welcome back, Redjeep - how did you do at Manchester?

Regent's Park intervals tonight. 8x1k at 4.35m/km. Garmin went a bit mad and registered 500m of ascent,

Nice pic, i will recognise you at the next Orion event!

Recovery run for me tonight around Regent's Park and Primrose Hill. 7k at 5.30m/km

think i'll have to hit the Lakes soon to find Strangely's restaurant... I'm thinking that a 21-mile run would then justify 21 courses...

headed over to Nessie73's manor for the Orion 15 xc race in Epping Forest...fantastic race with great atmosphere, plenty of mud, plenty of hills and two hailstorms which were short enough to be refreshing!

time-wise I was five minutes down on last year, but I was pleased with the run given where I am with recovery from injury!!

all that and a glass of fizz at the end...splendid!
