SVP100 date announced for 2015

if Matthew was a big commercial race director, critics might have a point..but he's not...the race is a small operation which relies very heavily on matthew's willingness to put in an insane amount of time to promote running in a part of the country he loves...telling people about it on Runner's World or other forums strikes me as an entirely reasonable fact, he's doing a favour to people who haven't done the SVP yet.

Relay mania over the last few weeks. and all great fun!

At the weekend, did the Green Belt Relay around London with the club. 10 miles flat on the Saturday (Staines to Boveney - along the Thames with views of Windsor Castle), 11 miles hilly on the Sunday (Tatsfield to Merstham on the North Downs).

Then last night, the Parkland Relay in Richmond. 5k of trail.

Ran the route of the District Line from Barking to Westminister yesterday. The club managed to get batons round all 270 stations of tube network in one day...which we think is a first!!

great race report, Dan. Welcome to the thread!

Awayday at work was conveniently scheduled at Kenwood House - at the top of Hampstead Heath. So I was able to run there and back - came out at 12k at 5.40m/k

can't believe Strangely's cold still isn't completely over

16k around Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park. Enjoyable outing!

Surrey has reminded me to try Windsor Park where several people have told me there's excellent running!
