About me:My yearly running diary is as follows: Spend 3 months getting motivated. Spend the next 3 months training to hard. Get injured. Spend a month trying to run with the injury. Spend 5 months on the couch. Spend 3 months getting motivated....etc etc etc PLEASE let me stay injury free for a year! I would pray for this if I believed anyone was listening!....Then again I think unlimited beer beautiful women and lots of cash would perhaps come first!
