Cheers Alan, hamstring feeling fine, week's rest seems to have been a wise move. Saying that don't think I was going fast enough to give it any real test!!
Well done on your mileage, 40-45 miles per week is where I want to be by Christmas,been consistently doing around 30 miles per week prior to hamstring niggle and only one week of rest when I've not did it. By doing marcothon in December on top of club runs and Sunday long run think that will be achievable.
Coop- well done on the duathlon, appeals to me that because I hate swimming!!
