Anybody running the exmoor ultra saturday . My training a bit slow at the moment twisted the old ankle in the grizzly still running but not as strong.just entered the NDW50 in may last long run until The Wall.anyone tried the new bounce energy balls yet ??? Justed ordered some looks taste. .

Hi Geeem I done exmoor last year the last 10k I was running the mist came down and very wet fell over a few times .will be running the night greenman as practice for the cw100 & hoping to do the ND50 in may if they open up the waiting list fingers crossed.just getting over the the exe to axe end of the month.

Yes well done all.loved the course very muddy & challenging.went out to fast but stayed on track meet some interesting people around the course.didnt get lost but had to tell a few the direction .ended up running in with two runners around the 32mile mark.still learning this ultra lark next stop for me is the cts exmoor ultra then heading up north to do the wall run .will be doing the greenman ultra again in august should be great fun in the dark...

Hi Geeem been sunny today may be wet tonight.may have some snowy showers tomorrow . saturday dry & cold at the moment but could change.coarse very muddy .hope you recovered from the thames trot .see you all saturday..

Hi all am in again this year be great to catch up again Friday night for some munchies .hope training going ok in this lovely wet windy weather . Got the greenman ultra in 2 weeks time then the cts exmoor ultra in april will be looking for a 50 to do in may. Happy running

Thats the thames trot 50 bring on the green man think Its 3 weeks away will do a few more check point runs.lets all pray for sunshine and a few frosts think it could be a muddy one.loving the green man cups steve great touch ...

Think it should be called TS50 thames slog..finished under 8 hours which was a bonus few wrong turns .still not sure about road or trail trainers I went for trail but far to much road but great is was on. ran with some great people tip top day.good check points +cake .Green man ultra for me next.enjoy your recovery

So will the route be marked up or map reading ? If we hit the roads.looking forward to the challenge. I ran 10 Saturday 5 sunday 5 tonight will do 4 Wednesday and a 2 friday. And hope 50 Saturday .

Done cp1 to cp2 this morning very muddy when you get in the fields before the Keynsham mill but otherwise not to bad nice short section to the lockkeeper after that the fun will begin. rain tomorrow so enjoy if you are out .
