Thanks kate.its surprising the nerves you will feel this week you feel your fitness is dropping because you are tapering but its all in the bag.all will be forgotten at the start line just go with the flow and enjoy the challenge in front of you.i think the best section is after 15miles.when you see the most of the wall + the check points & pit stops are well stocked.
One dayer for me..get round in one piece is the plan ..

1 week to all seem nervous you're done the training you will all smash it.just relax and start getting all your running gear up together that will be worse than running it so add a bit at a time I've started then add a bit each day.just need some cooler weather now & the pollen to disappear. See you friday night or race day.enjoy the taper week.

Come and join the party paranoid Android you will be ok are you doing it in 2 days ? I think as long as you got 30miles in your legs you should be ok.dont worry about other peoples miles just run your own race.good luck I think you will make the right decision ..
