Just chugging away base training at the mo, plenty of bike, running ok, swimming average is nearly up to 2 per month But I know that's not where my gains are to be made...the bike is for me. Not finking but just do my own plan again, averaging about 5-6hrs a week at the mo. Will increase this in jan
question for the 12hr ish IMers (rough target for outlaw), how much should I focus on my swim? I did 1:18 at outlaw off 3 OW swims and only gone up to 3k in the pool, I do have a swim background but tbh it bores me. Ie how much training to get 10-15 mins off or should I concentrate on the bike?
