"A" race is IM Austria in June!
Warmup possibly Monster Mojo in May (1/2 IM).
Have adapted Fink 30 week beginner's plan - starting 1st Dec. At the moment I'm concentrating on the bike, as I am trying to get rid of Planter Fasciitis - so running is a pain! Couple or Three swims a week to keep me ticking over.
Need to shed a ton of weight though, as I'm still mid 17 stone!
