About me:Mini Update Feb 2015.Plodding along slowly, increased the distance i run annually, but have slowed a bit doing that. So this year need to try to keep the distance at last years levels, and up the pace a bit.Update Oct 2013 I ran Leicester Marathon in a PB of 4:36, and in September I completed my first Ultra Marathon Ladybower 50M. I was the last finisher in 11H 54M, but I completed it. So I have been plodding along for 18 months now and have ran a total of around 1275 miles. stats heaven :) thanks to where I record all of them. Update May 2013 Lost 6 stone in a year of dieting I have now run two marathons and I am still very slow but my pb is now down to 45613 so I cracked the 5h barrierI was fat but getting skinnier I started dieting in March at 15st 8lbs March 21st 2012 now 11st 10lbs August 30th Had my first run in May 2012 Hoping to run my first Marathon on 14th October 2012Well I managed the marathon slow 53022 but I did it Diet went ok lost 55stone down to 10st 1lb So a lot healthier and fitter in 8 monthsAnother update Its late Jan 2013 Ive ran a total of 465 miles so far and im down to 10 stone So running has really helped change my life along with WeightWatchersIm a little insane I work in IT Im in love with books I have a dog thats about it
