Yeah potatoes are a good idea. I used Delia Smiths recipe with chives and shallots as the dressing was very salty
I used pink Himalayan salt so it had electrolytes in it

Yeah I'm doing the TP100. My next one is Yorkshire Ultra at end of January so after all of the training for that my ITB should be well trained for the wall this time!
What sort of vegan recipes are you after? I've been on the thrive diet for 2 weeks and feel flippin amazing It's expensive to start with though, but my husband me are both feeling fab. Never thought I'd crave a salad

Yea, its the Thames 100 (Centurion) I'm entering tomorrow... I'll let you know if I get in. Weedy, the 24 hour race is The Joust on 17th (ish) of August.

Has everyone's bookmark page been changed? I have to go through the forums to find this thread now

Haha.... I was tempted there Weedy... I was!

Ive had a very flat and deflated week. I'm entering the Thames 100 tomorrow when entries open (for May next year) And I'm doing a 24 hour race in 7 weeks. Still feel completely flat though.
