Hey

I'm gonna be in Fort William over New Years (with a car) and just wondered if anyone knew of any trail races/ endurance events that were being held?

A quick google revealed nothing

Cheers

absolutely

quite often the guys that enjoy the race most are those 5 hr marathon guys who just set off at their own pace.

When I did the MDS the guys with the worst blister were two 2.45 marathon runners. They burned out in a 2 days trying to out do each other.

I'm on the waiting list for this event now

Hopefully I can squeeze in!

Hi John

You are right the registration is closed. Caroline Poletti had said that she would transfer ,y place over from last year or refund my fee, but neither happened which is unfortunate, but then again it has in such demand this year that I am not surprised.

I guess I am just waiting around as a resevere in case someone drops out

I have left a message on their forums (in very bad french!)

Best of luck

So who is doing it this year?

Does anyone one know of any places, as I missed the registration cut off thinking I had a place held open from last year.

(I pulled out of the year's event through injury)
