Dear job agency, if you said you will call be back, please do.  I know agencies are generally shite but keep your word.

Deap boss, it seems everyone in the office thinks you are a complete tool.  i suppose that is how you lost your other job and we've ended up with you.  Actually you are a compete tit.

Oh, calf muscle please get on and heal.  You are ruining my running.  I miss running

Seeing the physio tomorrow evening and go from there.  I'd prefer to miss the race and still get the shorter miles in rather than race and have to pull out.  There are still races i can enter later in the year.

Looks like i am out of doing the marathon.   Pulled my calf muscle a treat yesterday so training has now stopped.  Frustrated to say the least so i just hope you all stay injury free and enjoy the last 6 weeks of training.  It will all be worth it on the day

I ended up with a few other on 21.6 miles but we must have missed a marker.  It is a really good race and always enyoy running it.  The marshalling was brilliant and the cake towards the end was very welcome

Thanks for the link.  It was a tough new route and got lost towards the end so ended up with nearly 22 miles.  On a plus note it stopped raining!
