Could be elsewhere.

Posted: Today at 09:35

Leave the house at 6:30am, arrive at 7, leave at 4:30 home by 5.   Out of thosse many hours i spent 1 hour cycling and the rest doing not a lot.  Reason: - as i am being made redundant and waiting for my pay off, there is not a lot to do.

I am lacking time spent on my feet which is my main concern which will have a knock on effect in getting a reasonable time.   Doing the non stop and want under 20 hours.......

Glad i am not the only fretting over this.   plan to do a split long run tomorrow to and from work which will give me 22 miles.   Trying to find a marathon that i can do but daftly booked my weekends up.

This seemed such a good idea back in October!  Fit and healthy then it all went tits up.

How is everyones training going?   Getting a little concerned how close the race is.  EEK.

Getting a long run in this weekend but still feel the 20 miler is just not long enough.

I am sure after all that activity they will sleep for the day.   Is it possible for kittens to run out of sleep?

Dear New Pretend Director.

Telling me there will be a project review at the end and i should not question why the customer is being a complete arse, you forget i will not be here.   i will be redundant by then.  Perhaps you missed that little announcement of this office closing, you are a colossal cock womble.

That sounds very close, how time flies.  Training has been slow due to injury and had planned on a marathon before hand but there are not many around before the race.

will just train best i can and go from there.
