Dear Management.

Thank you for closing the site and making 30 people redundant.   Not a good start to the week and i did find it odd that last week the company youtube clip celebrating how well we are doing was badly timed.   The line about jelly and icecream is not not quite so funny now.

No-one has mentioned those fabulous dog walkers who insist on having 3 miles of lead attached to said mutt.   worse still when they can see you coming.............

Run without music, no need for the distraction and faffing with wires and which tune to listen to.   It is very noticable that those who do not where headphone acknowledge others runners, the headphone crowd are in a world of their own.

We all know there is a huge amount of bad food and drink out there but no-one is focing us to eat it.  If we know what the crappy foods are then best avoid it.

No-one is forcing us to eat crap food.

Calf Injury

I've had a wonky calf for a while and not run for 5 week but have been down the gym circuit training and spin.  Having another physio session this weekend and feel the calf is getting much better.


Question - how long woudl you think before i'd be back up to 10 miles?   I know its dependant on recurring injury but is there a plan to slow get back into running having had time off?  

Pulled out of a marathon in april but have a ultra in July, need to get into training or else i can see it slipping away.

Oh, you want my help now?   Ummmmmmmm, sod off.  If you did not take the work off me it would be done correctly, but now you colosal cock womble have mucked it up you can sort it.   Leave people who know what they are doing to be left alone, go and bug someone else.
