Unlurking......So sorry so many of you are having a tough time.  Some fab running though and very envious of those doing an Ultra as would love to. My running currently is almost at a full stop, no mojo and also relationship and health (minor i hope) problems.

hugs to all that need them - which looks like a lot.xx

OMG CM your job sounds like a nightmare (not to mention the staff!)

Hope you're not to sore after your fall Caro.

TT I am so jealous of your beautiful new house - sounds idyllic!

As kids teeth seem to be a shared topic on here can anyone with experience advise!  N has now lost his 2 bottom teeth and I am quite concerned that the adult teeth are coming through very crooked - is this normal or would you take him to the dentist (He's 5)?

Brilliant running everyone (as usual!)  I pulled out of Bournemouth at the weekend as lack of training and tight hamstring meant it was really unrealistic anyway.  Maybe look at a spring Marathon instead (Didn't get in London) - quite fancy a trail one.  Now both kids in school should have a few more training opportunities.

Hi everyone (unlurks!)

Sazzle - Hi , I ran with both mine from 5 weeks in a P&T Sport (they can lie flat) and from further on in a Babyjogger 20" wheels.  Stilll sometimes stick my 2 in the P&T 2 up and run when I need to get somewhere and don't have car (they are 4&5) we live in the sticks so best mode of moving quick :  The think its fun

Vomit here too - N managed a spectacular projectile vom in the middle of Sainsburys!  They were very good about it but it was awful trying to wipe him down and clean up the shopping   Am now on my second sofa day of Ben10 and Playstation - I have a rotten cold too so we are just being miserable together!

Well done to the twins and to Minks on her PB!

Hope Tom feels better soon Camlo.
