Keith ... i know my body, and even paced is not possible for me, if I am trying to hit my best ... But as I said target is between 2.36 and 2.40 so, if I start at 2.37 pace, I am not too wrong

Hi Guys, not sure i can read all the posted messages, so i will ask

I am planning to go somewhere between 2.40 and 2.36, what i know is that i want to do the first half in about 1.18.30.

I know this year it is going to be a fast field with the masters and other championships, i was thinking it would be good to work together?

Anyone interested in sharing the effort to reduce the pain?

Last advice, take your running kit with you in the plane (trainers, vest, socks and shorts not the gels!!!) just i case your suit case decides to go to a different place!

OK so yes ... I will be in rosies with my 5 medals around the neck so you will not be able to miss me

Afresh for the run, don't worry if you have niggles, better rest than making them worse.

For me the runs are more a way to keep my body happy and my mind confident. If I don't run i stress to much!!!

Good luck everyone!!!!
