Can someone explain to me who Danny Dyer is?

"'I'm Danny Dyer, and this is Football's most hardest away days"

He's unintentionally hilarious.

Oh the Shame!!!!

I'm not sure if the moral is don't run wearing headphones or wear pants?

At least your mates didn't see you. A guy I went to school with accidentally exposed himself whilst doing the high jump. He's still occasionally referred to as "The Fosbury Flopper".

You look at Adrian Chiles and think "ugly, but let's see what he says". And then he opens his mouth and the sound that comes out is just as ugly. A sort of brummie drawl without forming words properly. It's like he's speaking with gob full of mash all the time.

I don't think Adrian "Elephant Man" Chiles - ugliest man in the world-  should get off without a mention.

Fearne Cotton. Oh my goodness. Her coverage of the Royal Wedding was unintentionally hilarious. She asks the kind of "probing " questions that an eleven year old could come up with.

I agree on Davina as well, dreadful. "WE'RE LIVE, WE'RE LIVE!!!!" .. stop shouting you stupid woman.

My least favourite is Claire Balding, I think she's managed to rudely interrupt just about every person she's ever interviewed. The key to a two way conversation, Claire, is you ask a question and then LISTEN to to what the other person says in reply.

When you feel a cold is on its way...

I have also heard that you get a cold (Rhinovirus) through your eyes!

I read an article basically saying that Cold Remedies are just convenient and make a load of money for the Pharmaceutical companies.

When you get a cold your body will fight it, for example you get feverish symptoms as your body warms up to try and make itself an uninhabitable host for the virus. As we take Cold remedies we actually conteract our body trying to fix the problem. We end up adding days to having a cold.

It sounds like a fair theory?

RW, why is there an advert for electronic cigarettes on here?

Unexpected side-effects

Since I've started running I definately look younger.

I've lost weight as well so I'm wearing 30 waist jeans.

Other stuff as well, good skin, good sex, a lot more enthusiasm in life in general.

Can't think of any negatives really?- sometimes long runs give me the farts but is that really a negative? It's at least amusing.

Nice cup of tea

If you put the Milk in first then you can squeeze all the juice out of the Tea Bag and make it as strong as you like? I also find that you can add more Milk than you normally would the other way and still make a strong cuppa, so in essence, less water more Milk and Tea. Nice and full bodied.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

Las Vegas, although I probably wouldn't live in to old age.
