About me:On the roads since 2004. 2011 - 6th/7th Marathons - May/October PBs: Marathon: 3.41 (5th Mara, Abo 2010) Half Marathon: 1.39 (MK 2010) 5k: 21.34 (MK Parkrun 2010) 10k: 42.53/42.59 (Andy Reading 10k 2010 - chip and gun time) Hello. I'm a writer by day and a runner by night. Some weekends I race, some weekends I don't. As a long distance runner, I've a nasty habit of breaking bones but I soon snap back (ho ho) and return to the roads where I belong. I haven't eaten meat or consumed alcohol in 7 years and I don't ever intend to again. It's all about the clean living. Balsamic vinegar, pink lipstick, poetry and clouds are some of my favourite things in life. 4 seasons. Enough time to breathe them all in whilst getting the miles in the bank.
