I'd never take drugs to enhance my performance - I rarely even take paracetamol if I can avoid it.  Ok, you could argue that there would be no point, but that's not the reason.  I want to be as good as I can be without cheating, so want my heroes to be the same.

Nuffield Shrewsbury Half Marathon 2015

Yes definitely short. I noticed at mile '12' Garmin sowing 11.46 a fellow runner confirmed 11.47. I ran the reverse course last year in 1:36 yesterday 1:32 (after running Liverpool full last Sunday)!

The finish line inflatable also deflated leaving runners ducking under to cross the line to get their time

We had to pay an extra £1:11 to claim numbers from P.O. as postage not correct ('have been told this will be refunded).

Otherwise a nice but hard course.
