About me:I am 44 and used to sprint. The last time I tried to run, I hurt my lower back and decided to try and get back to it but visualise my technique and in particular my footstrike. I feel I land slightly on my forefoot but my back does not ache anymore. I have been away from running of late due to being injury prone and having 5 medical conditions, that said, I want to be able to get over this and get fit again.
