About me:I have run on and off all my life I used to run to improve my performance in other sports and periodically entered races I am pretty competitive and as a result have run a marathon in 244 and a half marathon in 7530 Have continued to play at it in recent years and have completed 8 in an average of 321 but none all that fast My life now allows me the time to commit properly this year and I am aiming to run sub 315 GFAin Spring 2013 That will allow me to run VLm in 2014 which hopefully will co-incide with my 50th birthday
