8 miles recovery this morning for me. Lost a contact lens after 3 miles and had one eye vision for the rest. Stumbled on a few tree roots. The perils of us non 20-20ers.
14 miles and back for 7am this morning. Felt good and finished strong. Saw some bunnies and 2 x pairs of magpies. Good times.
