Hope you feel better soon SB. It's catching - I've got tingly limbs like I'm fighting something off!

12 miles today. Nice and easy. Was hot again!

Lots of PBs. Good work people. Special mention to Nessie, amazing work 4 weeks after an op!

JT - Forgot about my head torch. Lets off road!

Me - 5 miles easy. Gonna add in a bit of pace tomo after some consideration and advice from Pfitzinger and Redjeep.

Great race report Jsck - strong running.

Welcome Cal and good work on your pace.

8 miles this morning. Picked up the pace a bit and ran at 8s. Have enter Stroud half in 2 weeks time. Not sure if I'll race it as it'll be 4 weeks after mara. Anyone raced during recovery before?

Andrea - what are you doing training wise at the moment? How many sessions a week? What type of sessions? How many miles? Time improvement is a bit like a learning curve. As you start out and improve training / fitness your times come flying down. Once you're certain you're training as efficiently as possible its down to how much time you can put in.

Lily - good work gal!

Me - 5 miles this morning with some quality stretching midway and at the end. Dark as hell this morning.

Well done GBax - great effort. I weighed about the same as you for my first half. Stick with it and you weight and times will fly down.

5.5 miles yesterday. Snuck in a steady mile just to test the legs. If this weeks recovery goes to plan I'll enter the Stroud half at the end of the month.

JT won't be swayed...

Ness - you'll be fine for the race if you were okay on the 13. just avoid starting to hard and see how you go. Impressed with how quickly you've got back out there after the op. Good work lass.

5 miles yesterday morning. Nothing of interest to see. Got rained on.
