Morning 330, I know how you feel. I have a fave running jacket and it was bursting at the seams, that and I split my work trousers . Do you change your eating habits too or do you just rely on running and upping the miles? What is the Monkey tag challenge ?
I am signing up for a couple of runs this year in the hope that I can keep myself motivated. So far I have a 5k and an 8.5 miler. I did put in for the Great North ballot and would love to do it again but will see if I get a place.
