Moof. Sorry the lurgy struck you but a wise move, live to fight another day, as they say. See you next year.

Well ran Speedy and good win, sorry you've had to miss London too.

Looking forward to all the great reports, Good luck one and all...

Hi folks,
just popping in to wish everyone running VLM the very best of luck and don't be sh*te.
Not been on here much lately but have lurked a few times and have been very impressed with the steady improvement of this thread.
To say I am a bit gutted in not running London this year, is a major understatement, but will look forward to next year all the more.

Take care all and most of all enjoy...

Hi folks,
Returned from an unexpected work trip to Toulouse over their weekend, so after being away for 28 day's been busy getting reacquainted with the family!

Plenty of superb performance's being posted and loads of good quality long runs too.
Gul has summed the weekends runs up nicely so cheese for that, nice reps too, could you have finisished the last three reps at the the earlier pace? Still agree with others time to adjust the predicted 10k time...

Unfortunately I will not be running London this year, with limited training lately, work and my ITB knee problem earlier this year I have lost too much time, so will look at an Autumn Marathon somewhere.Hope to see some of you next year.

Oh sorry to the CCSTF team for my absence.

Good to see so many running really well, keep up the good work and the very best of luck to you all.

Minni tragic and very sad news, so sorry for you and your family.

TR. sounds like your suffering with a similar injury to me, I have been ticking over the past week, no speed work just plodding.Hoping things will get back to normal and I can start increasing the mileage again...gently, take care.

Ant. Have faith, looks sounds like you have a very good base, the icing will come later!

Fingers. Well done for fitting in the runs in a hectic week.

5m in chilly conditions and not fast but knee still reminding me to take it easy.

Minni. Agree with Frazerelli. I would go for the meadows providing the course is a full half. Go all out for it, get your PB then use the Northumberland as a long run with a few faster miles thrown in.

RFJ. Good luck on your 10k, be careful on the ice!

Four villages half has been cancelled so feel a little better having to pull out of it.

Good luck on the long runs tomorrow, nothing daft....

Minni. Looks like a really lovely place to run very envious.

Gul. Respect, running 17 laps round a field, shows you are a very disciplined individual.

Ant. Body milk? Love the way you set yourself up for some stick!!!

Keir. Interesting and informative other thread, still catching up on it.

4.5m. This morning very f...cold, knee still a little tender, got some strange looks running in this weather, well done everyone having the balls to get out there!
Now off to see nothing's dropped off...
