As a 1 time calf sufferer, do squats for two weeks, it will strengthen your upper leg muscles and take the strain off your Calf muscles

A question about discrimination in the workplace

Buddha I'm going to agree with you there but the problem is that we give the wrong signals, we reward this behaviour, but don't always reward the hard work. A small company has to pay out twice once in maternity pay and accrued holidays secondly for a replacement, the reward should be paid to those left behind to pick up the slack.

WTF is happening

I can think of one or two who have been rumour fodder, and I'd be deeply suspicious of, but my money is firmly on a whitewash

A fairly tall blond runner came through the pack of one-day runners I was with he was moving quickly and wore black with a number for the two dayer, he was at the front of the pack and whoever he was he needed to learn a few manners. No excuse for way he was barging through

Well done everyone, sorry to hear you two had to stop, I nearly did at around 35, leg injury returned and started vomiting, I ran short of water afterwards and strangely enough it seemed to help me to straighten myself out, by the time the next aid station came I was thirsty as hell and ravenous hungry which helped me recover.

same again next year?

Should obesity be considered a disability?

Posted: 12/06/2014 at 12:00

agreed with all of the above so to call them disabled where they are free to look for the associated benefits, simply means we put them beyond a cure, how will they willingly lose weight only to be classified as non-disabled, and essentially they will volunteer to lose weight and lose money.

It won't happen, it will just cost a fortune to give more money and resource to the greedy who eat too much anyway, what will they do with the extra? buy more comfort foods to keep the benefits rolling in

No, it will just encourage the fat and lazy to be even more fat and even more lazy. Wrong in every way.

Working Grief

Posted: 10/06/2014 at 22:49

I put up with grief for about a month in 1999, then I left and realised there were many other jobs paying just as much and some even more money, so I don't do shit at work, but I always have a plan B
