I had lots of help from many forumites on 7/7/05 and all they did was write a few words.

I think the Guide is slight support, Omni a bit more and Hurricane a bit more again and with more cushioning.

Had to check that on urban dictionary which gave an excellent explanation.

Why are bibs better?
I don't get chaffing, I just feel like someone has booted me in that little area between the sheriff's badge and the clackerbag.

What's a good brand of cycling shorts? I specifically want a pair that will stop my arse from hurting the moment it touches the saddle.

Thanks awfully.

Make sure it has a chest and waist strap and will you want to get a pair of shoes in it?

New version Garmin Connect Express software

I thought I'd discovered a fantastic new facility on my Garmin610 just now.

I was up and out at 6am for an easy (ha ha) 3 miles. I wasn't desperate enough to upload to Garmin Connect immediately, I'll do it eventually.

Logged on to Garmin Connect from work and noticed that this mornings run is in fact on there already.

I was thinking that the 610 must have WiFi but of course it doesn't. The Mrs is at home and has just switched on the PC.

I use Garmin Connect and it seems to be finding that OK and logging my runs but it is coming up with a map time zone file that can't be downloaded.
