Aw Deejay hope you feel better soon and your cat..there is some nasty bugs going around.

Wee Chico is unwell too..we had a trip to the vets last night as he has picked up kennel cough which is doing its rounds in our area. A lot of his friends had it and he picked it up. He has a 10 day course of antibiotics to take and codeine...he is feeling really sorry for himself and has no energy...not like Cheeky Chico at all.

Well done on your runs AF.

Yeah great song Deejay

No running for me either

MC Well done on your run and clearing out.

AF Sorry to hear about your friend. Great news about will love it.

I was meant to go to parkrun yesterday but decided against it as the weather was so awful. Promised myself that I would run today but haven't as yet and not sure I will. Don't know why but just don't seem to have the get up and go. Hope I am not losing my mojo and that its just the after effects of my virus that I have had.

Have a great day everyone

Jude I don't know how you manage to train whilst fasting. I am sure your fitness levels will be fine.

Good luck at the outlaw on Sunday MC

Well no running or gym for me today as I have the lurgy...flet a sore throat coming on yesterday afternoon and just feel all aches and energy at all.

Chico is 2 yrs old today   managed to muster up enough energy to make him a doggy birthday idea how it will turn out...its in the oven at the moment.
