Afternoon from Sunny Edinburgh and its hot hot hot

Was out for an early morning run in the Pentalnds  with Chico. we did 9 miles and was a beautiful day if maybe a tad hot. Everything was going super including swims for Chico and then he goes and trips me up on a downhill stretch Aaaaaaaaaaaargh...ouch...grazed top of lleft leg and flappy bit of skin came off my left hand.....the blood was dripping down my leg...looked worse than it was....silly dog...licked me to death whilst I was down as he was all concerned....could have been worse

Oh and AF...I ran all the way up The Beeches hill stops......

AF...that made me laugh about the run from Lands end to John O groats...would be a great run to do...if only we had the time...I reckon it would take me a lot longer than 20 days Ha ha

Hope everyone is well and keeping out of mischief.

Chilli...Hope you are okay as we haven't heard from you lately.

Back from hols yesterday evening. Was a very very long drive but we had a great holiday and the weather wasn't too bad. Lots of lovely beaches and nice cliff walks. Only managed the one run coz we were so busy during the day.

AF Good luck on your 15 mile race today.

MC How did your half marathon go????

Got all the washing to catch up on and back at work early shift tomorrow. Looking forward to get back to my running routine.

Speak later folks

MC Good luck with your Half

Jude Lovely weather you are having Enjoy

AF Next time I will beat him

I won't be around for a week. Going on Chico Holiday up the far North Of Scotland. Really looking forward to it.Hope the weather stays dry..not bothered if its sunny but would be nice. Hope to do some running too

So laters till next week as I don't think there is internet where we are going and if there is it will be patchy and I will be on phone only which isn't the best for posting on RW.

Had a good morning at Parkrun but as predicted my legs were on the sluggish side and it was very humid and close and a headwind on the not my fastest time. Kenny did it in 25,33..I was 20 secs behind him...However I did get 3rd placing in my age category

Chinese tonight for his birthday tea

7.5 sunny miles for me and Chico this morning

Aw Mathschick you do seem to be getting a lot of viruses and colds. You need a tonic or a holiday....that's my prescription  Yeah there is a lot of pulp ...they do say you can add it to soups  The juicer is  easy cleaned and I line the container with a poly bag so its less washing up......think they are easier to clean these days.....really loving it...we have it sitting out all the time so that it can be used anytime.

Have a good day folks...another sunny hot one but not as hot as yesterday.
