Glad your feeling better Mathschick and that you got out for a run

AF Look after your niggles please and don't make them worse. Hope your 3/4 milers work out well. You will be back at it in no time Its just your bodys way of saying Hey I need a rest from all this.You will come back better and stronger.

Well my club place official and confirmed and paid for  Hotel booked too. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy

5 miles for me this morning...Got track tomorrow night and its a mile race. I have never just run a mile before so wonder what my magic mile time will be

Then its off for a wee weekend to Holland Friday till Monday with hubby......chilling time

Hi Folks

Track session was great on Thursday  8 x 800m repeats Tough but good. Yesterday I did 10 miles

AF Do nut run if its painful You need to rest up until you see physio on Monday Hard I know but you don't want to do any more damage until you know what your dealing with.

Hard but good track session last night 7 x 800 m with 90 sec recovery. was meant to be only 6 but coach said we had 1 more in us LOL Felt great after it.

I went for a 7.5 miler on Tuesday morning Should have been 10ish but had loads to fit in before work. I have another track session tonight you feeling about Sunday ??? Hope your resting up

Jude Wow 1 week till marathon day Rest up this week and take it easy. How hot is it over there just now ?

I like frosty runs Mathschick..the weekend is almost here

Very hard track session last night but enjoyed it .... I think...ha ha  we did 400m followed by 100m recovery then 200m with 100m recovery x 6 all at 5k race pace.
