Hello everyone

Tom Shame about your knee but pleased it is all better now and your running well too.

MC Good luck with your Half

Jude Lovely weather you are having Enjoy

AF Next time I will beat him

I won't be around for a week. Going on Chico Holiday up the far North Of Scotland. Really looking forward to it.Hope the weather stays dry..not bothered if its sunny but would be nice. Hope to do some running too

So laters till next week as I don't think there is internet where we are going and if there is it will be patchy and I will be on phone only which isn't the best for posting on RW.

Had a good morning at Parkrun but as predicted my legs were on the sluggish side and it was very humid and close and a headwind on the return..so not my fastest time. Kenny did it in 25,33..I was 20 secs behind him...However I did get 3rd placing in my age category

Chinese tonight for his birthday tea

7.5 sunny miles for me and Chico this morning

Aw Mathschick you do seem to be getting a lot of viruses and colds. You need a tonic or a holiday....that's my prescription  Yeah there is a lot of pulp ...they do say you can add it to soups  The juicer is  easy cleaned and I line the container with a poly bag so its less washing up......think they are easier to clean these days.....really loving it...we have it sitting out all the time so that it can be used anytime.

Have a good day folks...another sunny hot one but not as hot as yesterday.

Hello

Boiling hot here today  very nice and I am off work for a few days. Gym early this morning for me. Taking Chico on a run tomorrow but it will be 1st thing before the sun gets too warm for us.

Jude Enjoy your 7 weeks off

AF We got our juicer off Amazon....its and Andrew James We have just experimented with different things. Today I did carrots, oranges, apricots, apple and a small bit of ginger...It was yummy. Really loving it  There are lots of recipes on line...but personally I don't think you can do much wrong.

Hi All

Deejay Sounds like you had a busy but lovely time away and good you got out for a trail run too. Well done

Jude You sound mega busy too...that is good hubby enjoying his new job.

Went a very short run with my boy early this morning to teach him a bit about pacing. We did 2.5 miles together...have to say I was a tad hungover as had a few drinkies with hubby last night as I hadn't seen him in over a week....so nice to have him back.

Think Kenny is ready for a Parkrun where he will probably beat me..the challenge is on

Have a nice day everyone
