Did another 10 miler on Wednesday morning at 6am..then last night I went to my very 1st track session....it was blimmin hard work....we did a pyramid session of 400m,800m,1200,m,800m,400m My calves ache this morning LOL Hope to do parkrun Saturday or may be tempted by a trail run with some folk from the club but maybe a bit too hilly and long for me.
Jude I hope your heel will be okay You won't have lost that much fitness and am sure you be fine for your marathon Please keep us posted on how you are
