About me:I have run for about 5 years now i love it I ran London 2010 for the 2nd time beating my PB by 55 minutes in a time of 403 I gave up smoking weed and started running my high in life now is running My aim is to get fitter stronger and get my half time down to 135 and do a sub 330 marathon
