Running Shoes suitable for orthotics

Posted: 28/06/2013 at 17:58

I have orthotics and now only wear neutral shoes, normally without too much cushioning. I just remove the insoles. I find the orthotics give me plenty of cushion. When I first got my orthotics I put them in my support shoes and they caused me loads of trouble with my knees, flat neutrals rectified this. That's just my experience, it depends on what your correction is.

Brighton Half 2013, now its over. What was people's feelings about it?

This is my 3rd time to and seemed to be the best organised. There was however no policing of the starting pens and you could go where you wanted to. Also some of the lanes were narrower this year and at some points there was a lot of crowding. The weather was perfect though.
