Morning all - hope all are well - my knee is well on the mend - the Resident Osteopath is a bit of a genius!!

Afternoon all - knee is pretty much knackered - if it wasn't for MrGFB  I wouldn't be walking right now - which is pretty bloody annoying as I'm only now finally getting to enjoy my bike riding and walking the puppy - I'm sure it'll be fixed but I'm pretty annoyed (and in a good deal of pain) :'(

Hello all - quiet in here!  I'm trying to keep a low profile in work as I'm a bad example - I fell down a banking yesterday (d'urr!  fell right on me arris!!) and I've really hurt my knee and I'm limping quite badly - it doesn't look good in this business!!

Morning all - our Murray dog has now finally got her second jag - cannot wait to start walking her - boys but looking after a dog is expensive (probably only if you're doing it right I suspect!!) and she has gotten massive!!  She was 2 kilos when we got her 8 weeks ago - she's 11 kilos now!  And she's only 4 months old - and with boundless energy!!  (she was a bit sick when we got her hence her only getting her jags now) - but with us having a big garden we've been running her round that with endless games of fetch etc!

So - how is everyone!!

I loved the Garp film Cake - also Hook, Jumanji, Good Will Hunting etc - but our favourite is The Birdcage - which we watched last night as a tribute.

Depression is not sadness - it's an illness, it's not something that is made better by circumstances - money, fame etc.  Personally I feel very sad by the news...firstly because I cannot imagine how dark a person must feel to see that killing yourself is the only option, and secondly I was a fan of his work.  Not just in comedy (anyone see The Birdcage?) but also straight acting - (The World According to Garp??)

Morning all - *waves at Towner*

nothing much to report - I'm enjoying bike riding though! - never thought I'd say that!!  We've got our MTBs out and have found an amazing place to cycle - it's a wildfowl sanctuary which has a completely enclosed gravel walk/cycle track...it's totally safe and it's helping me with my bikes skills as there are gates that we have to go through (and open and close) - the scenery is amazing and the birds are so, so beautiful!  I've got a new bike computer coming today so we can trip it out (iPhones don't work there as it's deepest, darkest Donegal.)
