Sound vs Silence

Split decision here as to whether sound is better than silence.

Yes....Love to run with music when running on my on own. Keeps me company and takes away the boredom.

No....When running in a group, think music is so anti-social.  Seams to defeat the object of running in a group in the first place.

I turned up on the day last year and purchased a number, so think you should be ok. But given it's popularity i'd get there early.

Buntingford Year End 10

Hi Mozzalee

Did this one last year. Have not heard about a new route, but if last year was anything to go by.....the very attractive country sections (about 7 miles) more than made up for the 3 miles of housing estate.

In many respects the housing estate was quite interesting to, because as most people are off that time of year, the support through these sections was good too.

Snow did add to the interest last year, but It was bitterly cold. This race was held mid week last time out (27th), and I'm not so keen if it is going to be on NYE.

Thanks

Graham

Might give this one ago this year! Is it any good? This will only be my 3rd 10k so is it suitable for a relative novice!
