About me:After returning to jogging in December after a 12 year hiatus through injury, family stuff I have managed to shift most of the 3 stone I needed to lose - am running something like 30 miles per week and the pace is gradually beginning to drop from 12 minute miles to just under 9s - feeling happy with myself and am able to target some races now.
