It is a cold, nothing more nothing less. The clue was when the walk in centre sent us home on Boxing Day, it's a cold. Yep it's turned into a cough, a nasty hacking cough, but I am fairly sure you don't need to be in bed 5 days later. Somehow your cough had ruined Christmas, Boxing Day, my birthday and new years eve. I give up all my holidays from work to help you clean caravans and this is my only time off each year. Can't wait to get back to work Monday.

Things you want to say but can't

I'm going to say this because of Booktrunks comment - my brother in law died in August at the young age of 54 November, both my sister and two nephews would do anything to be with him now - cherish those people around you, next year they may not be around.

Thank you, it probably wasn't the most appropriate thing to put on here but I needed to put it somewhere.

After a 20 month battle with multiple myeloma my brother in law finally lost the fight this morning at 8:25. I wish there had been some miracle cure but there wasn't, a death sentence from the moment he was diagnosed. A lovely lovely man, so kind, brave and noble. Suddenly athletes taking peds doesn't matter anymore. Will take the time to think about him tomorrow as I plod along the seafront in Clacton.

Just popping in to say hello and catch up. A few new faces and the old ones too. So welcome to the newbies.

Not having the best of years after a good start to the year. Dropped out after one lap of the national cross, then developed a foot infection which put me out for couple of weeks. Then my calf muscle popped and out again. Back to the beginning.
