i have not been running long but do about 15-20k a week.
did a park run on Saturday in a PB of 28 mins then yesterday weour out slowly to try to find a nice pace to do a 10k in which was 6:35 per k. I found this a nice comfortable pace, not to of breath or strenuous. After 6 k I had to stop at some traffic lights went to set off and had a pain, which I thought was a groin strain but not sure it is, it's not on my thigh its level where the leg joins the body but on my body not leg, sort of a bit up from my man area but on my left hand side. I stopped and iced it when I got in feels ok today, any ideas what it is and how long to rest it?
