Everyone sounds like they are on track!
My first 20 last weekend, did Banbury 15 with 5 tagged on at the end. It was interesting running a race and not racing it, I had to hold myself back. Got caught out by the weather (as did most) and really struggled to maintain even a slow jog after 17 miles. Ground it out though and got it done.
Good experience and learned a few things about my long run nutrition. Still have tired legs today! I've got 16 this weekend, then 2x 20 milers and then 2 weeks taper. Eeek.
