He's learnt his lesson training wise and knows he can do better.  I know he can do better also.  I think with the right training he could easily be sub 4:30, however he's being more realistic & thinking sub 5 hr.

Nothing to report in running wise . Only thing to report is for the next move it's going to be packers & shifters and then that will just leave decorating the old place (we're still renting) & getting the new place unpacked to how we like.  As you can tell we both don't like moving.  The cat has settled into the new place which is the main thing and we both love it. Compare with a 1 bed 70s built flat a 2 bed victorian semi has so much space. 

btw Chris has entered the ballot for next year
