Well done guys.

Tek,

Thanks.  We actually had the window on vent last night.  We can't have it open fully because of the cat and where we live now it's one of the main roads in to the town's shopping area so get lots of trucks at night and hubby is a light sleeper.  I'll sleep more or less anywhere.

Cal,

I work in a call centre for an energy company and some of the worst callers I come across are elderly so what happened you unfortunately doesn't surprise me.

Well done guys and thanks.

Fiona,

For the first couple of miles I'm keeping the pace down as I want to do the run without walking but then I'm doing the rest how I feel.

Ollie,

Hopefully.  I've already got more of a spring in my running step and am starting to get problems with keeping the speed down for my Sunday runs.
