Well done guys.

MG1,

Hope you had a good race.

OH,

What a shame so close.  Are you going to look for a flatter course?

Ollie,

It appears to be at the mo, thanks.

Well done guys.

(((Cal)))

We live on a main road through Petersfield and hardly have the window open because of the traffic noise so have been sweltering.  When we do have a window open we have to have it on vent because of the cat.

NP,

Hope you recover soon.

Temperature gauge in the car was 33C when I got in and only went down to 31C by the time I got home.  Did a slow 3 miles - just under 12 min miles.  I'm planning on getting out early tomorrow morning and the temperature at 7 am is due to be 20C rising to 23C at 8 am.

Well done guys.

OH,

It wasn't too bad for yesterday's run (10 am ish), however tomorrow's is going to be interesting as that's going to be done after work.  I'm planning on getting out early on my day off on Wednesday so should avoid the heat then, however they are still forecasting 19C for 7am then.

Well done guys.

Thanks.  I still have a very small tickley cough however my lungs feel very close to normal.  I've been out for a very slow 2.5 miles (think the pace was 12:15).

Well done guys & thanks.

Unfortunately I've not been able to avoid it and have a horrible cough.  I guess that means no running until the cough has gone?
