About me:Currently training for VLM 2012 - I must need my head read ;-) I'm the lead coach at SINrg running groups in the Newport area, we organise groups for beginners and intermediates currently, but will be branching out as our members get quicker! I'm not training for anything at the moment (although I have a deferred place for London next year) so am hoping to do a couple of half marathons in the autumn to get some really good base fitness in.
