wow thats an impressive list of races above! I have to admit to having nothing booked other than TR24
Yep, a big thumbs up from me for weights I weight train twice a week, and do basic olympic deadlifts, power cleans, push press, military press,pull downs, front and back squats, some core work, and working towards doing a pull up! I work with a PT who is really supportive of my running, and although I'm not a speedy runner, I do believe my injury free state is testament to the strength work. (Runbikecat, I think it helps when the PT is cute aswell!!)
So how do I 'pace down' your 10k plan Malcs? I have no idea what paces to set to try and improve my times. Help anyone please? I tried a few speed intervals yesterday and thought I was going to die!
