Rip-off races vs great value diamonds

Posted: 18/01/2014 at 13:01

Iam not really a fan of goody bags and a medal, i dont train hard for that..would rather see more runners at some races

If it was cheaper then iam sure more would be there..

I keep all my race number in a folder and write my times ect on the back

Marathon without gels

what bout iso gels? can you really take them without water?..

my thoughts on using just energy drinks is that they give them out regular along the route..saves having to carry gels and timing that with water stations.

iso gels if ok with out water and energy drinks may ok for me, just hate the thick yucky gels
